This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with deep regulatory reporting expertise and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-jurisdictional transformation programmes. You'll partner with global financial institutions to deliver regulatory change, optimise reporting controls, and ensure sustained compliance across key reporting regimes including EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, HKMA, and MAS. You'll also champion AI-enabled ways of working, helping clients and teams responsibly leverage approved AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve reporting quality, operational efficiency, and decision-making while maintaining strong governance and human oversight.</p> <p data-start="1164" data-end="1182"><strong data-start="1164" data-end="1182">What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="1184" data-end="2206"> <li data-section-id="bn2tqb" data-start="1184" data-end="1433">Lead end-to-end trade and transaction reporting transformation programmes across multiple global regulatory regimes, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve reporting quality and operational efficiency.</li> <li data-section-id="wf5i0o" data-start="1434" data-end="1653">Advise clients on regulatory implementation, remediation, and control optimisation across EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA, MAS, CFTC, and other reporting frameworks, ensuring robust governance and regulatory compliance.</li> <li data-section-id="1is7zcm" data-start="1654" data-end="1864">Design, assess, and enhance reporting architectures, data lineage, reconciliations, and data quality frameworks, using AI-enabled analytics where appropriate to strengthen reporting accuracy and transparency.</li> <li data-section-id="1nfakql" data-start="1865" data-end="2054">Guide the implementation of regulatory reporting platforms and RegTech solutions, ensuring responsible AI adoption, appropriate validation, and effective oversight of AI-assisted outputs.</li> <li data-section-id="bps73q" data-start="2055" data-end="2206">Lead strategic client relationships, proposition development, business growth, and thought leadership within Capco's Regulatory Reporting capability.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2208" data-end="2234"><strong data-start="2208" data-end="2234">What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="2236" data-end="2969"> <li data-section-id="1lcvx20" data-start="2236" data-end="2367">Extensive experience leading trade and transaction reporting transformation programmes across multiple global regulatory regimes.</li> <li data-section-id="48tava" data-start="2368" data-end="2509">Deep knowledge of transaction reporting regulations, reporting controls, reconciliations, data governance, and regulatory operating models.</li> <li data-section-id="t8ngz8" data-start="2510" data-end="2639">Strong understanding of capital markets products including OTC derivatives, listed derivatives, equities, fixed income, and FX.</li> <li data-section-id="155zbg2" data-start="2640" data-end="2804">Experience using reporting technol
