In a key dual role you will support both teams in the department.</p> <p>The Bank Analytics team drives Raisin’s business with analytics, research, and insights to platforms and wider funding markets. You’ll provide tailor-made funding guidance to our partner banks by leveraging internal and external data. The team’s analyses and guidance drive strategic decision-making both in- and outside the company.</p> <p>As a Relationship Manager, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders at banks, helping them succeed on our platform and shaping long-term collaboration.</p> <p>In addition, you will contribute to key projects - from launching new savings products on the marketplace to supporting technical bank migrations and much more. Because our impact and stakeholder network are broad, we maintain a unique view of priorities and upcoming changes, which colleagues across the business rely on.</p> <p><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive market and funding intelligence: Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, as well as customer behavior on our platforms to deliver clear, visual insights into key trends and uncover opportunities.</li> <li>Provide strategic funding advice: Help partner banks navigate their funding goals by providing market indications, deposit forecasts, and actionable growth strategies.</li> <li>Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of each bank’s requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing, distribution, and partner teams to help unlock growth.</li> <li>Own and grow partnerships: Build strong, day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success - enabled by in-person meetings.</li> <li>Drive impact across projects: Contribute to special initiatives — from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts — and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value.</li> <li>Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing guidance, structure and clarity to complex challenges.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong desire to learn how to manage professional stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice-to-have</li> <li>Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field.</li> <li>High attention to detail and excellent organization skills</li> <li>Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands-on and dive into the details.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Join our
