At our German offices, we are on a rapid growth trajectory, advising leading national and international clients cross-industry on how to unlock the full potential of their data, build scalable data architectures, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.</p> <p>As a <strong>Consulting Manager (m/f/d) Data &amp; AI Strategy</strong>, you will act as a trusted sparring partner to executives, steer complex transformation programs across functions, and drive organizational change at scale.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead AI Transformation Programs:</strong> Steer end-to-end execution of enterprise-level AI transformations. Identify internal champions, navigate corporate politics, manage structural blockers, and drive measurable user adoption and organizational change.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Strategy &amp; AI Use Case Scoping:</strong> Work closely with C-level stakeholders to answer high-stakes questions: How can AI reshape their business models? How should they govern data? You don't just advise; you help evaluate model choices, discuss data privacy trade-offs, and conceptualize technical feasibility.</li> <li><strong>Drive Business Growth:</strong> Actively drive the growth of our German practice. Take ownership in lead generation and pipeline conversion by engaging prospective clients, shaping proposals, and leading pre-sales and key-account expansion initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Thought Leadership &amp; Advocacy:</strong> Represent Artefact's AI Transformation perspective externally. Advance our voice in enterprise AI through expert discussions, content creation (e.g. LinkedIn, whitepapers), and opinionated, hands-on perspectives on applied AI trends and real-world adoption pathways.</li> <li><strong>Advance the Practice:</strong> Evolve our methodologies, tools, and frameworks to keep our offering state-of-the-art. A proven track record of successfully leading and delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects is essential.</li> <li><strong>Transformation &amp; Change Management:</strong> Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs, with the ability to manage executive stakeholders, navigate corporate politics, and embed AI capabilities within client organizations.</li> <li><strong>AI Fluency &amp; "Builder Mindset":</strong> Strong fluency in modern and applied AI (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, agentic systems, automated workflows).
