You'll own a demanding pipeline of mid-market deals, positioning our mission-critical platform as a must-have for HR, Communications, and IT leadership. If you're energized by juggling multiple deals at once, creating urgency, and relentlessly pushing toward five-to-six-figure ARR, we want to talk to you. This role can be filled remote within Germany, or in one of our Germany based office locations (Chemnitz, Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Leipzig, Dresden). What you’ll be doing <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Managing complex sales processes with multiple external and internal stakeholders and leveraging all available resources efficiently</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Full circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from first contact to final contract closing</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Acquisition of new customers, focusing on companies with 1,000+ employees</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strategic account and territory planning by industry and ICP, incorporating key insights (challenges, etc.)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Close collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams to optimize sales strategy</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Contributing your own ideas and strategies to further develop our company culture, values, and vision</li> </ul> What you need to be successful</
