You will work closely with engineers and experts in the Kaluza Data Product team, other Kaluza domain Implementation leads, and relevant client subject-matter experts to ensure that our data model and products are localised to meet our client's needs.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Articulate Kaluza data products and data models to our key clients.</li> <li><strong>Requirements &amp; Roadmap:</strong> Document and translate client requirements for data products and align them with the global product roadmap priorities.</li> <li><strong>Development Support:</strong> Support development by refining and prioritising backlog items and work with software engineers to deliver solutions that drive value for clients.</li> <li><strong>Product Adoption:</strong> Drive product adoption through the creation of technical documentation, release communications, and delivering training sessions for client stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Domain Integration:</strong> Gain a broad understanding of various Kaluza Product areas—Billing &amp; Payments, Customer Care, Energy Commerce and Energy Optimisation—and how data products can unlock value in each.</li> <li><strong>Data Model Contribution:</strong> Be a key contributor to Kaluza's global data model with the potential to own its extension and maintenance for all clients.</li> <li><strong>Metrics &amp; Culture:</strong> Work with the team to build and measure the right metrics for product success and nurture a culture of learning from data.</li> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Radiate information, improve transparency and communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.</li> </ul> <div><strong>About You</strong><br><br><strong>Ideally you'll have/be:</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Experience:</strong> 3+ years experience as an agile Product Manager working on data platforms/products.</li> <li><strong>Rollout Experience:</strong> Experience supporting large-scale enterprise product rollouts, especially on "edge" / localised deployments of a global product.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> You excel at managing stakeholders, with the ability to value and juggle competing priorities and influence decisions at all levels of the organisation.</li> <li><strong>Communication Skil
