Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.</p> <p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <p>Fanatics Live &amp; Collect is building the future of live commerce for sports fans and collectors, bringing together content, community, and commerce in highly interactive digital experiences.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We’re looking for a <strong>Staff Software Engineer</strong> to shape the technical strategy and architecture behind Fanatics Live’s streaming experiences.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This role requires strong end-to-end engineering knowledge, with particular depth in frontend development. You’ll define how we build high-performance customer experiences using <strong>React and GraphQL</strong>, while influencing the backend services, APIs and event-driven systems that power them.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">As one of the senior technical leaders within a new and growing team, your focus will extend beyond coding. You’ll set architectural direction, solve complex cross-team challenges and establish the engineering standards, practices and culture needed to scale successfully.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You’ll remain technically close to delivery—using prototypes, design reviews and targeted implementation to validate decisions and unblock teams—while creating leverage across the wider engineering organisation.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Set the technical strategy for our consumer streaming product and supporting services.</li> <li>Define the end-to-end architecture across frontend applications, APIs, backend services and event-driven systems.</li> <li>Guide the development of scalable experiences combining live video, real-time interaction, discovery and commerce.</li> <li>Lead major technical decisions across performance, reliability, resilience and platform scalability.</li> <li>Create a clear technical roadmap that balances immediate product delivery with
