That complexity creates real demand for better data, better insight and clearer thinking about how all of it fits together - with this role sitting at the centre of that challange!&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The role:</strong></p> <p>As our Senior Data Product Manager, you’ll sit right at the intersection of product, analytics, engineering and senior leadership, helping define the data products that power smarter decisions across Liberis. You’ll have real ownership over roadmap, prioritisation and ways of working, and your work will directly influence how teams access, understand and use data day to day. This role is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to shape how a business uses data at scale! You’ll be joining a team with a broad remit and a genuine mandate to improve the data experience across the company, so there’s a lot of scope to make the role your own and shape the future of the domain.</p> <p>You will own the data and insights product for Liberis, building the foundations that let our commercial, credit and operations teams actually understand the business they're running. That means, thinking carefully about the entities in our data model, how products and customers relate to each other, how those relationships surface in reporting and analysis - and how it eventually all comes out in great dashboards, tools and self-serve capabilities. This is about shipping products which are genuinely useful, not just technically correct.</p> <p>Our Engineering Team is going through an AI-first transformation, rethinking how teams are structured and how they ship.
