Grow along with Veeam while gaining valuable experience in the hottest area within IT today. These positions require travel within the region of responsibility up to 50% of the time.</p> <h4>What you'll do</h4> <ul> <li>Engage with end users and Veeam partners to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements.</li> <li>Create content and deliver presentation and demonstrations to varying numbers and levels of decision makers, virtually and in person.</li> <li>Manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales process as a main technical advisor for Veeam solutions.</li> <li>Providing pre-sales assistance to customers as they evaluate Veeam software (i.e. POCs, Hands-on Labs, Bootcamps).</li> <li>Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date details of customer and partner engagement activities on the CRM platform (Salesforce)</li> <li>Working closely with Veeam’s value-added resellers on training, joint meetings and building relationships.</li> <li>Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.</li> <li>Working closely with Veeam Product Development and Engineering to provide customer feedback.</li> <li>Active participation and collaboration with cross functional teams on various strategic initiatives that increases efficiencies and add long term value to the company (i.e. TCO &amp; ROI calculators, hands-on-labs).</li> </ul> <h4>What you'll bring</h4> <ul> <li>Demonstrable experience working in a pre-sales role in IT.</li> <li>Prior experience using or deploying Veeam solutions.</li> <li>VMCE certification would be very advantageous; all SEs can obtain VMCE and VMCA certifications once in the role.</li> <li>Have deep experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV), and associated technologies (SANs, hyper-converged storage, networking).</li> <li>Have a working knowledge of public clouds (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).</li> <li>Have a working knowledge of key SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce.</li> <li>Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Be comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in person.</li> <li>Be available to travel across UK &amp; Ireland.</li> <li>Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.</li> <li>Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly.</li> </ul> <h4><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":2,"335557856":16777215,"335559739":0,"335559740":270}">What you´ll get</span></h4> <ul> <li data-uuid="9743cd7f-9c81-4637-a83c-c36db410facf">25 paid vacation days, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares</li> <li data-uuid="38b14080-a15a-4743-8a21-6b4b447cad57">Private medical, dental, and vision insurance with dependent enrolment</li> <li data-uuid="8524e28a-aeaa-4251-a941-fb74771df07c">Life insurance with enhanced coverage and global 24/7 protection</li> <li data-uuid="a369285b-2679-4aa2-9753-3008cf76f298">Income prot
