Senior Contract Recruiter - Go to Market (GTM)

About the role

<p>The Senior Contract Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for our Go-To-Market (Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales) and G&amp;A business units across our international business (EMEA). In this 4-month contract role, you will partner directly with senior leadership to build pipeline, drive hiring momentum, and execute talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment. You will own candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining alignment with UK employment standards.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to UK hiring managers across GTM (Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success) and G&amp;A (Finance, Legal, HR), aligning hiring strategies with business priorities.</li> <li>Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from kickoff intake meetings to offer extension and onboarding handoff.</li> <li>Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute targeted direct-sourcing campaigns utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized UK job boards, and professional networks to pipeline top-tier commercial and corporate talent.</li> <li>Assessment &amp; Screening: Conduct rigorous competency-based and behavioral screenings to evaluate candidate alignment with job requirements and company culture.</li> <li>Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, transparent, and high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring prompt feedback and ongoing communication.</li> <li>Process Excellence &amp; Compliance: Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), manage interview scheduling, and ensure full compliance with UK employment laws and right-to-work regulations.</li> <li>Market Insights: Provide hiring managers with real-time insights on UK talent market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience: 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with proven success hiring within GTM (Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success/Post-Sales) and G&amp;A functions.</li> <li>Seniority Level: Demonstrated track record operating at a P4 / Senior Recruiter level, managing high-volume or complex senior roles independently.</li> <li>International Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the EMEA recruitment landscape, compensation structures, and UK labor standards/employment legislation.</li> <li>Sourcing Skills: Advanced direct-sourcing capabilities with a track record of engaging passive talent in competitive markets.</li> <li>Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and hiring managers in a fast-paced setting.</li> <li>ATS Proficiency: Hands-on expertise using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.</li> <li>Contract Readiness: Immediate availability to commit to a full-time, 4-month contract in the UK.</li> <li>Prior experience delivering in both fast-growth tech/SaaS environments and agency backgrounds.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Method of Application</strong>:&nbsp;Apply online.</p> <p><strong>Application Window</strong>: The application window is expected to close at least 5 days from the posting date.
