As <strong>a Senior team member</strong>, you will play a key role in building and structuring end-to-end operational processes from scratch, establishing clear workflows and best practices to drive scalability and efficiency.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Process Design &amp; Implementation: Build and standardize customer operations and order-management workflows from the ground up, identifying efficiency gaps and establishing scalable SOPs.</li> <li>Operational Leadership: Drive the continuous improvement of internal systems and tools, setting up robust frameworks for cross-functional alignment between Sales, Logistics, and ERP architecture.</li> <li>Sales Order Creation &amp; Validation: Independently enter, review, and process incoming customer orders in the ERP system.</li> <li>Order Fulfillment Monitoring: Oversee the entire order lifecycle within the ERP system in close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.</li> <li>Customer Service &amp; Communication: Proactively support domestic and international clients regarding delivery schedules, order modi
