About the Role: This is a rare opportunity to shape how Sitecore grows through its partner ecosystem across two of its most dynamic regions. The Partner Marketing Manager owns joint marketing with Sitecore's implementation partners across EMEA and Asia Pacific, as well as our international reseller community—turning those relationships into a powerful, scalable route to market. You will build and run co-marketing programmes that are deliberately aligned to Sitecore's core FY27 buying motions— including our market-leading CMS SitecoreAI, our AI-powered DAM and Scrunch, the best way to win AI search. Every campaign you launch will be tied to a business problem our customers are actively trying to solve, and to the pipeline and bookings that follow. The role blends ambitious strategic thinking with confident hands-on delivery. You will work shoulder to shoulder with partners, regional sales leaders and the wider marketing organisation to extend Sitecore's reach through and with our ecosystem, and you will see the impact of your work in the pipeline, in partner momentum, and in the customers we win together. You will take on a broad and genuinely influential remit across EMEA, Asia Pacific and our international reseller network: What You Will Do: Align partner marketing to the FY27 buying motions: Translate Sitecore's buying motions into partner-ready campaigns, narratives and assets, ensuring every parent campaign is correctly aligned and consistently tracked Build joint plans with EMEA and APAC implementation partners: Develop and manage ambitious quarterly marketing plans with our systems integrators and implementation partners, using multi-channel tactics—webinars, events, digital campaigns, executive roundtables—to create demand and pipeline in-region Support our growing international reseller business: Design scalable, repeatable marketing programmes and campaign-in-a-box toolkits that equip resellers across international markets to generate and progress demand independently, with the messaging, enablement and support they need to succeed Drive pipeline and revenue through the channel: Align every partner programme to regional sales objectives, generating new-customer leads, accelerating pipeline and contributing directly to bookings targets for Sitecore's core and new offers Develop and champion partner relationships: Build trusted, energising relationships with key partners and reseller leaders.
