In this role, you'll lead strategic client engagements, advise senior stakeholders including Chief Risk Officers, and drive transformation across risk functions. You'll play a key role in shaping large-scale programmes spanning liquidity, credit, market, and model risk, helping clients modernise their risk capabilities through data, technology, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll leverage approved AI tools to enhance insight, improve delivery efficiency, and support better decision-making while applying responsible AI practices and appropriate human oversight.</p> <p data-start="1031" data-end="1049"><strong data-start="1031" data-end="1049">What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="1051" data-end="2027"> <li data-section-id="1dvrlvi" data-start="1051" data-end="1271">Lead end-to-end delivery of complex risk transformation programmes across liquidity, credit, market, and model risk, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve client outcomes.</li> <li data-section-id="qie9dk" data-start="1272" data-end="1475">Advise senior stakeholders on regulatory frameworks including Basel, IFRS 9, and BCBS 239, translating regulatory requirements into practical transformation strategies and sustainable operating models.</li> <li data-section-id="jq6uer" data-start="1476" data-end="1670">Design and implement enhanced risk controls, target operating models, governance frameworks, and data-driven reporting solutions that strengthen regulatory compliance and business performance.</li> <li data-section-id="eh2wz6" data-start="1671" data-end="1870">Drive the responsible adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve risk processes, reporting, forecasting, and decision-making while ensuring appropriate governance and validation.</li> <li data-section-id="zm5hxv" data-start="1871" data-end="2027">Contribute to business development, proposition development, client relationship growth, and the continued expansion of Capco's Financial Risk capability.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2029" data-end="2055"><strong data-start="2029" data-end="2055">What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="2057" data-end="2850"> <li data-section-id="17lgcuq" data-start="2057" data-end="2183">Extensive experience delivering financial risk transformation programmes within financial services or management consulting.</li> <li data-section-id="y1n622" data-start="2184" data-end="2350">Deep expertise across liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, and model risk, with strong knowledge of Basel, IFRS 9, BCBS 239, and related regulatory frameworks.</li> <li data-section-id="158kt5w" data-start="2351" data-end="2511">Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes and influencing senior stakeholders, including Chief Risk Officers and executive leadership teams.</li> <li data-section-id="1sm8l0e" data-start="2512" data-end="2692">Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with experience using approved AI tool
