It sits at the heart of our biggest bet: that talent density and an AI-first operating model are what take us from 200,000 customers to 1 million. Your job is to raise the talent level across the business, build the capability to consistently attract and land exceptional people, and help lead our shift to an AI-first organisation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Your mandate is talent density, organisational design, and shaping our unique culture as we shift to an AI-first operating model. You will report directly to our CEO, sit on the Leadership Team, and lead the People, Talent, and People Ops teams.
