Our team works with clients across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, supporting them through regulatory change, emerging technologies and evolving risk landscapes.</p> <p>As part of our continued growth, we are looking for motivated, intellectually curious professionals with experience across risk, controls and governance, with a focus on digital assets and/or AI implementation and risk management to help clients solve complex challenges and deliver lasting results.</p> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 53, 142);">What you will be doing</span></h3> <ul> <li>Deliver risk and regulatory transformation programmes for financial services clients</li> <li>Design and enhance enterprise risk management, governance and control frameworks</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and controls reviews</li> <li>Support clients in embedding effective governance and risk management for AI and emerging technologies</li> <li>Advise on risk and control frameworks across digital asset use cases, including tokenisation, cryptoassets, stablecoins, custody and settlement</li> <li>Assess operating models, client journeys and control environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Interpret and implement evolving UK and global regulatory requirements</li> <li>Develop high-quality client deliverables and build trusted client relationships</li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 53, 142);">Your skills and experience</span></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in risk management, compliance, audit, operational risk or consulting within financial services</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, governance and controls</li> <li>Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills</li> <li>Experience delivering regulatory change or risk transformation programmes</li> <li>Understanding of Digital Assets, blockchain technologies, tokenisation or cryptoasset ec
