You’ll combine deep insights into human behavior and brand goals to shape customer journeys, inspire creative teams, and guide clients toward impactful real-world experiences.</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Lead research into consumer behavior, spatial trends, and retail environments to uncover insights that drive design concepts.</li> <li class="li1">Map out end-to-end customer journeys that seamlessly connect physical, digital, and sensory brand touchpoints.</li> <li class="li1">Partner closely with 3D designers, creative leads, and architects to turn strategic ideas into buildable, engaging spaces.</li> <li class="li1">Craft compelling stories and presentation decks that clearly explain the vision and win client buy-in.</li> <li class="li1">Develop strategic briefs that inspire award-winning creative work and stand-out physical experiences.</li> <li class="li1">Write clear experience frameworks, spatial briefs, and point-of-view pieces for pitches and new business opportunities.</li> <li class="li1">Act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them see new possibilities for their physical stores and brand spaces.</li> <li class="li1">Mentor junior strategists and designers, offering day-to-day guidance to help them grow their skills.</li> <li class="li1">Manage direct reports through regular check-ins, honest feedback, and career development chats.</li> <li class="li1">Keep projects on track strategically while keeping an eye on timelines, targets, and project scopes.</li> <li class="li1">Use AI tools in a smart, creative way to speed up research, find inspiration, and sharpen insights.</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll need</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in experience strategy, retail planning, or spatial strategy.</li> <li>Strong skills in running qualitative research, competitor audits, and analysing physical site behaviours.</li> <li>A clear under
