As we grow, we're bringing in a Product Lead to own a significant product area and help raise the standard of product across the team. What you'll be doing As Product Lead, you will own and shape the Property Management & Client Accounting domain for Street. In this high-impact role, you will oversee a core domain that spans multiple product lines, including Street Lettings, the Partner Platform as well as some of our Consumer Experience. You will drive strategy across critical functional areas including Client Accounting, Street Payments, Maintenance, and Tenancy Progression, while directly managing and developing a team of Product Managers. Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for your product area, with autonomy from day one to deliver commercial success. Line-manage and develop Product Managers in the team: 1:1s, coaching, and helping people grow. Set the standard for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication across the product function. A bit about you Proven experience in B2B SaaS, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact. Experience managing and mentoring other PMs. You know what good looks like and you help others get there. Confidence working without a lot of direction. You can set your own course and bring people with you. Genuine comfort using and integrating AI tools into your product work, both day-to-day and strategically. Strong communication. You can explain what you built, why you built it, and what it achieved. A drive to improve not just your product area, but how the whole team operates. You should apply for this role if... You want a real domain to own, not a feature set. You want to keep building product while growing people. This is line management of PMs alongside owning the roadmap and the commercial outcomes. You like a blank page. It is a new role, so you define what Lead PM looks like here and set the standard for discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder communication. You work better without close direction. You will have autonomy from day one and are expected to set your own course. You have already made AI part of how you work. Day-to-day and strategically, that is treated as a core expectation rather than a bonus. You should not apply for this role if... You are used to working within strict guidelines and are not used to autnoamy. You want to be solely hands on or off, this roles requires both at various points. You have not managed or mentored PMs before. The spec asks for someone who already knows what good looks like and can get others there. You need fully remote or are not UK-based.
