As an Outbound Account Executive, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team driving growth and helping entrepreneurs access the tools they need to succeed. We are currently building a new, high-performing outbound sales team in Germany. As an Account Executive โ Outbound SMB, you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle โ from identifying and qualifying target customers to successfully closing deals. You will work proactively in outbound sales, focusing on established small merchants (upmarket SMBs) with monthly transaction volumes above โฌ15,000. In this role, you are not a pure product seller, but a trusted solutions consultant, engaging customers as an equal partner, understanding their needs, and positioning the right payment and POS solutions.
