We have been certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.</em></p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll join our global Copy Team of nearly 60 creatives across the world. You'll craft content for digital channels and brand campaigns, delivering on-brand messaging that drives clicks, engagement, and brand awareness.</p> <p>We're looking for inspiring team players who are eager to share their expertise. You should be just as comfortable producing efficient, high-quality day-to-day work as you are developing standout ideas for award-winning campaigns and new business pitches.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role requires a genuine passion for editing and giving critical feedback. You will be expected to uphold our clients' creative standards, while continuing to push new ideas and embody DEPT®’s entrepreneurial spirit.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop creative concepts and outstanding copy for digital campaigns for a leading international brand.</li> <li>Write content for a wide range of channels, including banner ads, newsletters, websites, social media campaigns, and localized adaptations across text, design, and video formats.</li> <li>Apply strong conceptual thinking and creative writing skills to craft engaging and effective messaging.</li> <li>Proofread all German-language content to ensure flawless spelling, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.</li> <li>Present your ideas convincingly to colleagues and clients, showcasing the strategic and creative thinking behind your work.</li> <li>Adapt global campaigns for the German market in a way that feels authentic and culturally relevant.</li> <li>Conduct competitive and trend research to inspire fresh creative directions.</li> <li>Lead and participate in creative brainstorms and other key meetings.</li> <li>Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and collaboration in all interactions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li>Relevant experience as a copywriter, ideally within an agency or brand environment.</li> <li>Strong expertise in multi-channel digital copywriting and brand development is a major advantage.</li> <li>Proven experience in translation, transcreation, and proofreading.</li> <li>Ability to write compelling, sales-driven marketing copy in German is essential.</li> <li>Confidence in working closely with designers, strategists, account managers, and clients.</li> <li>Ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns with multiple deliverables at a fast pace.</li> <li>Understanding of the importance of consistency across touchpoints in the user journey.</li> <li>Experience using AI tools to support campaign and copy creation is a must.</li> <li>Highly collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.</li> <li>Native-level or C1 German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible hybrid working policy (2 days at the office, depending on location);</li> <li>Company pension scheme.</li> <li>Lease bike options / JobRad and 25% subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.</li> <li>Stay happy and healthy with a contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform.</li> <li>€30 per month - You can use the flexible package for digital food stamps and/or fitness providers/
