<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p> <p><strong>Role type:</strong> Permanent, full‑time</p> <p><strong>Precision AQ </strong>is seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled <strong>Associate Director</strong>, to join our growing <strong>Global Dossier and Value Communication team</strong>. This role is ideal for an experienced market access or medical writer who is passionate about communicating healthcare innovation and shaping evidence-based value narratives that support patient access to new technologies.</p> <p>As an <strong>Associate Director,</strong> on the <strong>Global Dossier and Value Communications team</strong>, you will play a pivotal role across the business—leading the development of high‑quality market access deliverables, guiding project teams, helping to define quality standards, and contributing to the strategic growth of our writing function. You will work closely with colleagues across HEOR and access strategy, health economics, evidence synthesis, and project management, as well as directly with clients, external experts, and partner agencies.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Leadership &amp; Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the designated lead writer on projects, delivering evidence-based, fully referenced content to a consistently high standard and within agreed timelines.</li> <li>Manage your own and your team’s workload, plan project deliverables, and ensure smooth execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.</li> <li>Work across a wide range of therapeutic areas and market access deliverables, including:</li> <ul> <li>JCA and HTA submissions</li> <li>Global value dossiers</li> <li>AMCP dossiers</li> <li>Value proposition slide decks</li> <li>Objection handlers</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Business &amp; Team Contribution</strong></p> <ul> <ul> <li>Lead BD activities independently generating leads measured against a £350,000 annual target</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to company-wide initiatives, including working groups, training programmes, and social activities.</li> <li>Support business development activities such as proposal writing, participating in introductory client calls, and contributing to pitches.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality &amp; Strategic Input</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest quality standards through rigorous writing, editing, and quality control.</li> <li>Shape the strategic direction of writing deliverables to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with client objectives.</li> <li>Conduct desk research, literature reviews, data validation, and reference management using client approval systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and key opinion leaders.</li> <li>Lead aspects of project workstreams, including intellectual design, timeline development, meeting leadership, and communication.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Development </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support team growth and development through recruitment efforts.</li> <li>Providing mentorship, guidance, and support to junior and mid‑level writers, inspiring high performance and professional growth.</li> <li>Work with Directors to establish quality standards and training materials for new starters.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and experience.</li> <li>A life sciences degree (or equivalent);</li> <li>Demonstrable experience developing market access materials, including JCA submissions, HTA submissions, GVDs, value propositions, and related deliverables.</li> <li>Experience managing and/or mentoring writers.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and bibliographic software (e.g., EndNote).</li> <li>Excellent writte
