Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.</p></div><h4><strong>Role overview:</strong></h4> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">The <strong>Senior Inventory Operations Manager, EMEA</strong> will be responsible for leading inventory control, reconciliation, and governance activities across SIE’s B2B and D2C (PlayStation Direct - PSD) distribution centre operations in the EMEA region.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">This role will ensure inventory accuracy, system integrity, audit readiness, and operational control across warehouse and SAP processes, with a strong focus on service excellence, root cause resolution, and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Sales, PlayStation Direct (PSD), Finance Governance, Supply Chain, and external warehouse partners, this role will act as the key escalation point for inventory management matters across the region.&nbsp;</span></p> <h4><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong>&nbsp;</span></h4> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Lead daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation across B2B and D2C (PSD) operational locations, working with warehouse partners to identify root causes, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Compile and review inventory comparisons across systems, partnering with Planning, Sales, and PSD teams to resolve systematic inventory issues.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Investigate and process daily iDoc errors, ensuring inventory transactions are corrected accurately and in a timely manner.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Own end-of-month system-to-system reconciliation activity, ensuring balances are audited, validated, and clearly explained.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinate monthly physical counts across B2B and PSD operations, ensuring count processes are controlled, documented, and aligned to business requirements.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with the SIE Finance Governance team to support audit coordination, evidence gathering, inventory controls, and compliance activity.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinate end-of-year wall-to-wall inventory counts with Warehouse Operations and relevant internal stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Act as the primary point of contact for inventory management escalations, ensuring issues are managed with urgency and clear communication.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Validate warehouse cycle count adjustments and route approvals internally in line with SIE’s Table of Authority.&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Key areas of focus:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">Inventory Control &amp; Reconciliation&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Maintain strong inventory accuracy across B2B and D2C operations.&nbsp;</span></li> <li><sp
