If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex commercial challenges, and want to directly power our go-to-market strategy, this is the role for you.</p> <p data-path-to-node="23"><strong data-path-to-node="23" data-index-in-node="0">What you'll do</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="24"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="24,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Structure &amp; Close SaaS Deals:</strong> Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS agreements, including data processing addenda and security terms in direct support of EMEA go-to-market efforts.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="24,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Empower Sales Teams:</strong> Coach and advise regional sales teams on SaaS deal structure, negotiation tactics, and customer dispute resolution to accelerate sales velocity.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="24,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Scale Channel Partnerships:</strong> Work closely with Partner business teams to structure, negotiate, and expand business via resellers, MSPs, distributors, and global system integrators.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="24,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead Privacy &amp; Regulatory Strategy:</strong> Collaborate with Privacy Legal to embed practical risk-tolerance strategies and standardise commercial contract responses under global privacy regimes (GDPR, DORA, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="24,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Build Scalable Infrastructure:</strong> Own, refine, and modernise SaaS agreement templates, negotiation playbooks, and contract escalation workflows to ensure legal scales alongside business growth.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="24,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="24,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Serve as a Trusted Advisor:</strong> Provide pragmatic, risk-aware legal guidance across cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Contract Managers, aligning legal strategy with our consumption-based model, monetisation, and product-led growth (PLG) goals.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="25"><strong data-path-to-node="25" data-index-in-node="0">This role requires</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="26"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="26,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="26,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Mandatory
