Working predominantly on subscriptions while also supporting trading, category, brand performance, you will build the analysis and insight that enables commercial teams to make better decisions.</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Analyst — Beauty Subscriptions</strong></span><span data-contrast="auto">, you will: </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335551550":1,"335551620":1}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>Commercial Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own analytical projects across commercial performance of Subscriptions — trading, category and brand analytics, promotional effectiveness.</li> <li>Develop and maintain commercial KPI reporting</li> <li>Identify commercial opportunities and risks through data</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Write and maintain SQL queries and analytical scripts</li> <li>Work with the Engineering team to understand the commercial data model</li> <li>Build dashboards and reports that communicate commercial performance clearly</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder En
