This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, HR systems, reporting and process improvement while working closely with stakeholders across the business.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a point of contact for data, reporting and HRIS queries.</li> <li>Produce accurate scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across the organisation.</li> <li>Extract, clean and transform data from multiple sources to prepare it for analysis.</li> <li>Refresh and quality-check dashboards to ensure information remains current and reliable.</li> <li>Analyse people data, highlighting relevant insights.</li> <li>Conduct regular data audits to identify and r
