This is more than a typical accounts support role.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <p>This role would suit someone who already has experience in a purchasing, supply chain, ERP administration, accounts payable or operations support environment and can quickly become productive with minimal supervision.</p> <p>You'll need to enjoy working independently, following established processes and taking ownership of a high-volume administrative workload. This is not a role where you'll be constantly directed day-to-day, so you'll need the confidence to manage priorities, solve routine problems and proactively chase colleagues for the information needed to keep orders, invoices and transactions moving.</p> <h3>Essential</h3> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a purchasing, supply chain, ERP administration, accounts payable or similar operational support role</li> <li>Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills</li> <li>Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Confident working with large volumes of data entry and data validation</li> <li>Comfortable following established processes accurately and consistently</li> <li>Able to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal training</li> <li>Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels of the business</li> <li>Comfortable persistently following up and chasing stakeholders for information, approvals and updates when required</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li> <li>A proactive, self-sufficient approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks</li> </ul> <h3>Desirable</h3> <ul> <li>Experience using WinMan ERP, or a similar ERP/MRP system such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics</li> <li>Understanding of purchasing processes, purchase orders, goods receipting and supplier management</li> <li>Experience processing supplier invoices and reconciling transactions</li> <li>Previous experience supporting both Supply Chain and Finance functions</li> <li>Experience maintaining accurate inventory, purchasing or operational records within an ERP system</li> </ul> <h3>A Note About This Role</h3> <p>We're keen to be transparent about the nature of the position.</p>
