This role is central to the evolution and operational performance of our infrastructure estate, ensuring it remains secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned to business needs.&nbsp;You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering infrastructure strategy across cloud, core enterprise platforms, connectivity, and end-user environments, with a strong focus on technical direction, platform improvement, and operational excellence.</p> <p data-start="814" data-end="1038">We’re looking for someone who is comfortable providing technical leadership, supporting delivery teams, leading operational improvements, and engaging with senior stakeholders across both technology and the wider business.</p> <p data-start="1040" data-end="1264">As part of a multi-skilled technology function, you will work closely with Product Managers and Delivery Managers to shape priorities, support OKRs, and ensure successful delivery of both strategic change and BAU activity.</p> <p data-start="1266" data-end="1364">This is a key role with significant influence on the future direction of our technology landscape.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 222, 182);"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong> ·</span></p> <ul> <li data-start="1400" data-end="1719"><strong data-start="1400" data-end="1442">Provide hands-on technical leadership:</strong> Lead the ongoing development, standardisation, and modernisation of our corporate infrastructure estate across cloud and enterprise platforms. Contribute to solution design, problem solving, automation, platform improvement, and the resolution of complex technical challenges.</li> <li data-start="1721" data-end="1935"><strong data-start="1721" data-end="1755">Cloud and platform management:</strong> Drive the effective adoption and operation of our cloud platforms and related infrastructure services, ensuring solutions are robust, well-governed, and operationally sustainable.</li> <li data-start="1937" data-end="2176"><strong data-start="1937" data-end="1986">Own operational performance and BAU delivery:</strong> Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of infrastructure services, including monitoring, patching, lifecycle management, incident response, continuity, and continual service improvement.</li> <li data-start="2178" data-end="2402"><strong data-start="2178" data-end="2216">Drive delivery and prioritisation:</strong> Work closely with Product Managers and Delivery Managers to shape OKRs, prioritise work, and deliver infrastructure change, projects, and service improvements alongside BAU commitments.</li> <li data-start="2404" data-end="2639"><strong data-start="2404" data-end="2447">Stakeholder engagement and translation:</strong> Build strong relationships across technology and the b
