Senior Product Manager - Software Solutions

About the role

Your missionAs our Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving ProGlove's software and solution offering.   You will operate as the “CEO” of the software and service business inside the company, with accountability for strategy, P&L, growth, customer outcomes, and long-term value creation. The mission is not to manage an existing business. The mission is to build one. Success will have a measurable impact on the company’s growth profile, competitive positioning and profitability. The role reports directly to the CPO and will be part of the product management team.  Your profileWho you are:  Commercially obsessed and outcome-driven You think in terms of value, outcomes, and usage-not features You are comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments You can navigate both technical and commercial discussions You are curious, pragmatic, and impact-driven You have strong business acumen  You are motivated by building something that changes how a company operates Able to balance short-term performance with long-term value creation     Core accountabilities  Monitor and drivetheP&L for theproduct line ARR growth Attach rate Net Revenue Retention Customer adoption and value realization Pricing and monetization strategy Strategic partnerships   Required qualifications  5to8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software, cloud, SaaS, or IoT environments Proven experience delivering cloud-based or SaaS products Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership. Professional fluency in English.
