This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, working closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable value from WPP Open Optimise products. You will be responsible for ensuring that enablement plans are executed effectively, that client teams are trained and supported, and that feedback loops are established to continuously improve the client experience. Partner with account teams to identify opportunities to expand product usage and deliver measurable business impact.</li> <li><strong>Hands-On Enablement Delivery:</strong>&nbsp;Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs. Support change management initiatives to help client teams transition to OMS-enabled workflows. Provide practical guidance and best practices to drive day-to-day adoption.</li> <li>Collaboration &amp; Liaison:&nbsp;<strong>Act as the primary enablement contact for your market or area of expertise</strong>, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams and escalating to Enablement leadership as required.
