You will work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to ensure accurate reporting, robust planning, and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll be doing</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h2> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">As Finance Business Partner, you will c</span><span data-contrast="auto">oordinate FP&amp;A activities during month-end closing and prepare accurate group-level reporting, including variance analyses.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers and projects to ensure consistent and reliable data.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, including tracking performance against targets</span><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain rolling financial models and provide insight into drivers, risks and opportunities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to the development and maintenance of the long-term financial plan at GROPYUS Group level and perform financial modelling for key pipeline projects, including cost development, working capital requirements, milestones, and expected returns.</span><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in preparing investor-related materials, including KPI reporting,</span><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;project&nbsp;reports</span><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;and financial&nbsp;</span><span data-contrast="auto">statements</span><span data-contrast="auto">.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Who you are</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h2> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Minimum of 2</span><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;years of experience&nbsp;in FP&amp;A, business controlling,&nbsp;financial consulting,&nbsp;audit, or similar finance roles.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into insights.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Good understanding of
