You will be responsible for identifying key marketing opportunities, delivering best in class audience insights and supporting the commercial teams with your client and vertical expertise. In this role you will play a crucial part in helping drive commercial success and growth for the business.</p> <h2><strong>What we're looking for</strong></h2> <p>As Group Agency Director, you will own Captify's relationship with Publicis Groupe and be accountable for growing revenue across the group. You will lead a team of agency-facing sellers, set the strategy for the patch, and make Captify a go-to partner for Publicis agencies and their clients.</p> <p>This is a senior commercial role. It combines hands-on relationship building at leadership level with team management, forecasting and close work with our product, data and operations teams.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Reports to:</strong> VP of Sales&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> London, hybrid</li> <li><strong>Direct reports:</strong> 3/4</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you'll do&nbsp;</strong></h2> <p><strong>Revenue growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the Publicis Groupe patch, including new and repeat business.</li> <li>Build a clear account plan across Publicis agencies and networks, identifying where Captify can grow share of spend.</li> <li>Lead pitches, proposals and upfront or partnership negotiations at agency and holding-group level.</li> <li>Keep an accurate pipeline and forecast, and report performance to the leadership team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Relationship leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the senior point of contact for Publicis Groupe, building trusted relationships from trading and investment leads through to agency and client leadership.</li> <li>Position Captify's search intelligence as a strategic asset for planning, activation and insight, not only a media line.</li> <li>Spot opportunities to work directly with key Publicis clients alongside their agencies.</li> <li>Stay close to the group's priorities, structure changes and trading arrangements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach and develop a team of agency-facing sellers.</li> <li>Set clear targets, run regular pipeline and performance reviews, and support the team on key deals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working across Captify</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with Client Success, Product, Insights and Trading to deliver campaigns that perform and grow.</li> <li>Feed agency and client needs back into product and commercial strategy.</li> <li>Share wins, case studies and best practice with the wider commercial team.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you'll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Significant experience in agency-facing sales or partnerships in ad tech, data or digital media, with a strong track record of hitting and beating revenue targets.</li> <li>Established senior relationships within Publicis Groupe (for example Publicis Media, Starcom, Zenith, Spark Foundry, Digitas or Epsilon) and a good understanding of how the group plans and trades.</li> <li>Experience leading and developing a c
