So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.</p></div><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an <strong>EMEA Sales Senior Finance Specialist to support our EMEA Sales organization.</strong> This highly visible and commercially focused role will partner closely with <strong>EMEA Sales and Finance leadership</strong> to provide value-added financial analysis, business intelligence, and strategic insights that support business performance and go-to-market decision-making.</p> <p>You will analyze <strong>pipeline, bookings, deals, customer buying patterns, expenses, and other leading performance indicators</strong>, translating complex financial and operational data into clear, forward-looking narratives and forecasts. You will also partner with our <strong>Shared Services team</strong> to strengthen financial models, analytics, and reporting while driving planning, expense management, process standardization, and automation as the business scales.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Commercial Finance &amp; Business Partnership</strong>: Partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership and the Deal Desk, providing financial and commercial analysis that supports deal decisions, go-to-market strategy, resource allocation, and business growth.</li> <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Business Analytics</strong>: Analyze business trends, customer buying patterns, pipeline, deals, and market performance to deliver actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategy and measure execution effectiveness.</li> <li><strong>Financial Modeling &amp; Planning</strong>: Partner with the Shared Services team to build and maintain critical business and financial models covering headcount, expenses, commissions, pipeline, and bookings, translating complex information into clear, decision-ready insights for financial and non-financial stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Forecasting &amp; Performance Management</strong>: Translate financial and operational performance into forward-looking narratives and forecasts aligned with underlying business and market insights. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, including <strong>Expense-to-Bookings (E:B)</strong> reporting and analysis.</li> <li><strong>Expense Management &amp; Budget Control</strong>: Drive expense management activities for EMEA Sales teams, monitoring performance against budget plans, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and supporting effective cost control and resource allocation.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Business Support</strong>: Provide financial and analytical support to the <strong>EMEA Sales team and International Sales AVP</strong> on strategic initiatives, special projects, and key business priorities.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Automation</strong>: Drive continuous process improvement by leveraging best practices, standardization, analytics, and automation to improve reporting, increase efficiency, and support business scalability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in FP&amp;A or Commercial Finance roles, with experience building dashboards and supporting business decision-making through financial analysis.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with the ability to provide timely reporting and continue driving data analytics automation for the team.</li> <li>Strong systems experience with <stron
