This role is suited to an individual with deep domain expertise and a strong track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that address evolving financial crime risks and regulatory expectations. You'll also champion AI-enabled ways of working, helping clients and teams responsibly leverage approved AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve delivery, decision-making, and operational effectiveness while maintaining appropriate governance and human oversight.</p> <p data-start="1171" data-end="1189"><strong data-start="1171" data-end="1189">What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="1191" data-end="2168"> <li data-section-id="9hy39b" data-start="1191" data-end="1395">Lead strategic financial crime transformation programmes across AML, Sanctions, and Fraud, identifying opportunities to accelerate delivery through AI-enabled workflows and automation where appropriate.</li> <li data-section-id="dpiw4y" data-start="1396" data-end="1618">Advise clients on regulatory compliance, including remediation programmes and regulatory review responses (such as Skilled Person Reviews (s166)), ensuring the responsible application of AI within regulated environments.</li> <li data-section-id="1tixwct" data-start="1619" data-end="1819">Design and implement target operating models, controls, and technology solutions across financial crime functions, incorporating AI-enabled capabilities where they deliver measurable business value.</li> <li data-section-id="112gtpz" data-start="1820" data-end="2007">Identify opportunities for innovation, AI adoption, and cost optimisation across financial crime operations while maintaining strong governance, auditability, and regulatory compliance.</li> <li data-section-id="glakem" data-start="2008" data-end="2168">Build senior client relationships, lead business development, and shape market-leading propositions that drive growth across Capco's Financial Crime practice.</li> </ul> <p data-start="2170" data-end="2196"><strong data-start="2170" data-end="2196">What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="2198" data-end="2910"> <li data-section-id="gpnmqz" data-start="2198" data-end="2330">Deep expertise in AML, Sanctions Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and wider financial crime transformation within financial services.</li> <li data-section-id="7nqgg7" data-start="2331" data-end="2496">Strong understanding of financial crime frameworks, including KYC, customer due diligence, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and the three lines of defence.</li> <li data-section-id="1ydqwuw" data-start="2497" data-end="2607">Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within consulting or financial institutions.</li> <li data-section-id="1pjonfh" data-start="2608" data-end="2771">Knowledge of financial crime technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, with an understanding of respon
