You’ll be an individual contributor who sits at the intersection of assurance, data and product design to drive transformation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>If you’re excited by the prospect of embracing technology and product design principles to redefine what assurance looks like, then we want to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>🔑 You’ll play a key role by...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translating Internal Audit’s strategy into a concrete product roadmap with measurable business and risk outcomes.</li> <li>Championing a product owner mindset across the Internal Audit function, that is focused on providing technology enabled, repeatable and value-driven assurance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Working closely with the Senior Audit Innovation and Enablement Lead, Head of Professional Practices and the audit team to identify opportunities for innovation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Modernising the Internal Audit function by embedding technology into what we do, and how we do things.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Coaching the Internal Audit function to adopt new technologies and ways of working.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders outside of Internal Audit, such as Risk and Compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Driving communications and engagement across Monzo, to maximise the value of Internal Audit products and insights.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Influencing and shaping cross-Collective initiatives that have an impact on the Internal Audit function.</li> <li>Positioning Monzo as a leading benchmark for technology led assurance, by building
