About the role

What you can expect from usAs part of our Sourcing & IT Advisory team, you will help clients shape and deliver complex business and IT transformations across industries. Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects: Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Define enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, target architectures, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and value streams Business & Application Architecture: Design business capabilities, processes, application portfolios, and platform landscapes to enable scalable digital operating models Data & Integration Architecture: Develop modern information, data, API-first, integration, and event-driven architectures that ensure interoperability and business value Legacy Modernization & Technical Debt: Lead the transition from legacy and monolithic environments to cloud-native, modular, microservices-based architectures. Help clients to harmonize their diverse technology landscapes, work on their technical debt, and guide their IT migrations Technology Transformation: Design multi and hybrid cloud environments and new platforms reflecting requirements such as cloud migration and cloud exit options, business process resilience, open-source solutions, maintainability, and DevOps organizations and processes AI Architecture & Innovation: Drive AI readiness, define architectures for AI-enabled and agentic systems, and champion the effective use of AI tools to accelerate architecture, delivery, and decision-making Architecture Governance: Establish architecture principles, standards, processes, and decision frameworks to ensure sustainable enterprise-wide adoption Transformation Delivery: Advise business and IT stakeholders up to executive level, facilitate workshops, apply agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe), and ensure successful implementation of architectural change Who you areUniversity degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field At least 4 years proven experience in Enterprise and IT Architecture, ideally across multiple industries Proficient in leveraging modern AI tools to improve architecture design, consulting, and delivery, with a mindset of continuously exploring and adopting emerging AI capabilities Excellent communication skills in English and German Willingness to travel as required for client engagements   Strong expertise in:  Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Architecture Governance, and Architecture Maturity Assessments Business Capability Management, Business-IT Alignment, IT Strategy, and IT Governance  Business, Application, Information, Data, Integration, Technology, and Security Architecture API-first, event-driven, service-oriented, cloud-native, and microservices architectures Data management concepts (e.g., master data management, data lakes, data mesh)  Enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) Architecture modeling standards (e.g., ArchiMate) AI readiness, agentic AI architectures, and modern AI-enabled enterprise platforms  Who we areWe are a global digital transformation consulting firm with offices in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich, Vienna, Atlanta, Singapore, and Shanghai.
