Our Advertising team sits at the intersection of commerce, data and marketing helping restaurant and grocery partners accelerate growth through smart, insight-led media solutions. From shaping high-impact campaign strategies to optimising performance at scale, we combine commercial acumen with deep marketplace insight to unlock value for our partners while driving sustainable revenue growth for Deliveroo.</p> <p data-path-to-node="2">We’re looking for a Senior Global Advertising Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us craft and execute advertising strategies that exceed the needs of our restaurant partners and drive quarterly growth, both directly with key partners and at scale through enabling and leading global commercial teams.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="4"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></h3> <p data-path-to-node="5">You’ll be joining the Ads and Account Management team. We focus on building deep partnerships, enabling commercial teams, and crafting tailored media strategies to accelerate partner growth across our marketplace.</p> <p data-path-to-node="6">Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Identify Data-Led Opportunities:</strong> Proactively identify scope to increase advertising penetration and spend using a combination of data analytics and commercial insight.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Develop Processes &amp; Go-To-Market Programs:</strong> Originating programs and reporting frameworks that organise commercial teams behind key opportunities to track progress effectively.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Enable Teams &amp; Build Playbooks:</strong> Build playbooks, training, and go-to-market materials that equip global commercial and account management teams to maximise advertising revenue.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">People &amp; Team Leadership:</strong> Manage, coach, and support team members, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Partner Strategy &amp; Campaign Management:</strong> Work directly with major restaurant partners to understand marketing objectives, propose tailored ad solutions, and coordinate campaign launches, management, and reporting.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Performance Monitoring &amp; Optimisation:</strong> Proactively monitor campaign performance, identifying, communicating, and resolving any issues to exceed partner objectives.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Shape Product Solutions:</strong> Act as the voice of our partners to feed structured feedback back into internal teams, informing how we iterate and build improved advertising and reporting products.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="9"><span style="text-decoration: un
