This is a hybrid role. We partner directly with senior tech and product leaders to design strategies that attract, assess, and hire world-class technical talent across global markets.</p> <p data-path-to-node="6">Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:</p> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lead senior end-to-end hiring:</strong> Own full-lifecycle recruitment for critical, highly technical positions (Principal Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Engineering Leadership), running tailored strategies that balance speed, quality, DE&amp;I, and candidate experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Act as a trusted business advisor:</strong> Partner closely with Heads of Engineering, Product, and People to shape role designs, influence hiring strategy, and align talent acquisition outcomes with broader business goals.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive data-led strategy:</strong> Turn market intelligence, recruiting metrics, and People Analytics dashboards into actionable insights to guide hiring manager decisions and optimize pipeline performance.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Optimise recruiting operations &amp; bar-raising:</strong> Refine assessment frameworks, streamline interview calibration, and partner with TA Operations to test new tools and maintain high data accuracy across systems.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Champion diversity, inclusion &amp; candidate experience:</strong> Embed inclusive practices into every stage of job design and sourcing, deliver an exceptional candidate journey, and mentor junior recruiters on best practices.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="8">What You’ll Need to Thrive</h3> <p data-path-to-node="9"><strong data-path-to-node="9" data-index-in-node="0">Essential</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">Proven experience leading end-to-end technical recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth tech or product organisation, with substantial experience in global tech environments.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0">Strong track record of hiring for complex,
