Customer Service Representative with German (TEMP/FTC)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an essential role at the heart of our operations, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Tasks What will you do? Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by consistently providing high-quality support and exceeding customer expectations. You don’t need to come from a chemicals or manufacturing background — we’re open to candidates from other sectors such as logistics, FMCG, or similar industries. Communicating with customers and colleagues across different countries. Processing and managing customer orders. Providing updates on order status, shipments, and deliveries. Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Sales teams. Supporting quotation requests and customer enquiries. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. Requirements What are we looking for? We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and learning new skills. Experience Previous customer service, supply chain, or logistics experience is helpful but not essential. We welcome early-career professionals, recent graduates, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a professional environment. Skills & Knowledge Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not required – we will provide training.
