<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Join Our Global Recruitment Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, EMEA, based out of Manchester. &nbsp;</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="279" data-end="416"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Guidepoint is expanding into <strong data-start="308" data-end="322">Manchester</strong>, and we're looking for a&nbsp;<strong data-start="348" data-end="380">Senior Talent Acquisition Associate</strong> to help build our newest UK office.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="418" data-end="800"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our growth, supporting end-to-end recruitment while helping establish Guidepoint's UK campus recruitment programme from the ground up. Working alongside our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with hiring managers, build relationships with leading universities and help attract exceptional talent across the EMEA region.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="802" data-end="958"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a <strong data-start="812" data-end="847">hybrid role based in Manchester</strong>. While our permanent office is being finalised, you'll initially work from a temporary workspace and remotely.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="960" data-end="1013"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.</strong></span></p> <h4 style="line-height: 1.4;" data-section-id="v5cssg" data-start="1020" data-end="1032"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Your Role</span></h4> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="1034" data-end="1221"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring while supporting the continued growth of Guidepoint's UK operations.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="1223" data-end="1536"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You'll partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Alongside business-as-usual recruitment, you'll play a key role in developing our UK campus recruitment programme and representing Guidepoint at university events.</span></p> <h4 style="line-height: 1.4;" data-section-id="11vcmyo" data-start="1543" data-end="1560"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Do</span></h4> <ul data-start="1562" data-end="2152"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="avpotq" data-start="1562" data-end="1641"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage full-cycle recruitment across graduate, corporate and business hiring.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="83uj6z" data-start="1642" data-end="1717"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="se7u3s" data-start="1718" data-end="1783"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Source and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1p4jssp" data-start="1784" data-end="1868"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build relationships with UK universities, careers teams and student organisations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1sb5ibo" data-start="1869" data-end="1961"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent Guidepoint at careers fairs, networking events and employer branding activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1bpvpz9" data-start="1962" data-end="2040"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage candidate communications, interview coordination and offer processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="j87l8b" data-start="2041" data-end="2152"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes
