Capabilities include:</p> <ul> <li>In-house market knowledge &amp; trends</li> <li>End-to-end service from idea generation through to manufacturing and launch</li> <li>Technical, commercial and production expertise</li> <li>Outstanding customer service</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Maintenance Engineer with strong mechanical expertise and sound electrical knowledge to join our fast-paced engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of production and site equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime.</p> <p><strong>As a Multi-Skilled Engineer you will:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, bearings, pneumatic systems, hydraulic equipment, and automated machinery.</li> <li>Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs in accordance with safety standards and manufacturers’ guidelines.</li> <li>Undertake equipment strip-downs, component replacements, alignments, adjustments, and rebuilds.</li> <li>Perform basic electrical fault-finding and safely isolate equipment when required.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects aimed at improving equipment reliability, performance, and efficiency.</li> <li>Maintain accurate maintenance records using the company’s CMMS system.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant Health &amp; Safety, environmental, and quality standards.</li> <li>Provide technical support and collaborate closely with production and operations teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What skills and experience do I need for this role?<br></strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Time-served apprenticeship o
