Combining deep domain expertise in hardware board design, thermal/ structural packaging, real-time C++ signal processing, and resilient directional mesh networking, we rapidly build field advanced EW capabilities designed to survive and operate in contested spectrum environments.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your Mission</strong></span></p> <p>You will architect and drive the design, integration, and deployment of mission-critical Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities across STARK’s platforms. Serving as a technical authority for critical hardware and RF systems, you will guide architecture from concept through simulation, layout, and field validation, ensuring our platforms deliver decisive overmatch in complex, dynamic RF environments.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end board design using Altium Designer, setting standards for High-Density Interconnect (HDI) techniques, stackup strategies, and complex high-frequency routing.</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee the design, simulation, and implementation of custom RF components, matching networks, and signal conditioning chains for contested environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Direct antenna design and placement simulations using CST Studio Suite and Altair FEKO to optimize platform-level RF performance and mitigate co-site interference.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive the mechanical packaging and electro-mechanical integration of hardware systems, collaborating with software, firmware, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless platform deployment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish rigorous testing, debugging, and validation frameworks to guarantee hardware survivability and performance against strict defence and environmental standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, review technical
