About the role

<p>The Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator is a regionally embedded people leader responsible for translating The Learning Collective’s learning, performance, and growth strategy into practical, high‑impact execution on learning experiences across a multi‑region portfolio. This role develops and leads in-person and virtual learning experiences across international regions in Europe, Africa, Australia &amp; New Zealand, and Asia &amp; Middle East. In this role you will ensure learning experiences are globally aligned and locally resonant, while building scalable delivery capacity through a strong Train‑the‑Trainer program and Learning Ambassador network.</p> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Participate in setting the global learning strategy</strong>, ensuring that local and regional cultural needs and differences are represented and considered. Drive its delivery across international markets, ensuring regional consistency while addressing local learning needs.</li> <li><strong>Establish strategic partnerships with Regional Presidents and Regional PX VPs</strong> to translate the TLC Strategy into regional and local deliverables and learning experiences. Define regional learning agendas aligned with the global strategy and, where required, reflecting varying levels of learning maturity, in line with TLC standards.</li> <li><strong>Lead needs analyses with PX Business Partners and leaders; </strong>convert insight into scalable, measurable learning solutions that improve performance, skills, and capability development.</li> <li><strong>Design and facilitate high‑impact learning or group coaching experiences</strong> (live and virtual) that drive behavior change, team effectiveness, and high performance across multiple cultures and seniority levels.</li> <li><strong>Own Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) for International: </strong>design and deliver TTT recruitment and enablement, develop facilitator standards, build practice and quality loops (observation, feedback, co‑facilitation), and sustain a facilitator community rhythm.</li> <li><strong>Lead through a matrix: </strong>directly manage relevant local learning roles and provide support and coaching to the extended TLC team, Learning Ambassadors, and cross‑regional contributors to ensure consistent quality and adoption.</li> <li><strong>Ensure governance and coherence: </strong>reduce duplication, maintain quality, and partner with internal content/design/communications and external partners where appropriate.</li> <li><strong>Embed measurement: </strong>define success metrics and reporting, share executive‑ready insights, and continuously improve experiences based on data and feedback.</li> </ul> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Proven senior learning leader with significant experience designing and facilitating learning experiences (live and virtual) that deliver measurable behaviour change.</li> <li>Strong people leader with experience coaching and developing teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones.</li> <li>Confident working in matrixed organizations with dual reporting lines and high stakeholder complexity.</li> <li>Culturally fluent and agile - able to tailor content and approach across regions, audiences, role functions, and business contexts.</li> <li>Coaching capability strongly preferred; ICF accreditation (or progress toward) is an advantage.</li> <li>Flexible, adaptable and experienced in creative environments</li> <li>Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders</li> <li>Expertise in adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning measurement methodologies.</li> <li>There will be travel required in this role.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, a
