You'll play a key role in helping CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance leaders maximise the value of their finance and treasury functions through operating model redesign, process transformation, and strategic technology delivery. You'll also leverage approved AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working to improve analysis, accelerate insight generation, and enhance delivery while applying responsible AI practices and appropriate human oversight.</p> <p data-start="865" data-end="883"><strong data-start="865" data-end="883">What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul data-start="885" data-end="1953"> <li data-section-id="1g6k904" data-start="885" data-end="1142">Deliver finance transformation programmes spanning regulatory change (including Basel, IFRS, and PRA), finance technology, process optimisation, and operating model transformation, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation.</li> <li data-section-id="8edbjo" data-start="1143" data-end="1357">Partner with CFOs, Treasurers, and C-suite stakeholders to implement finance strategies, strengthen controls, and optimise regulatory reporting, including ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP).</li> <li data-section-id="klrobx" data-start="1358" data-end="1558">Define business requirements and manage end-to-end project delivery across finance, treasury, and regulatory change initiatives, ensuring appropriate governance where AI-assisted tools are utilised.</li> <li data-section-id="qghjdh" data-start="1559" data-end="1758">Design and implement stress testing frameworks across credit, market, and liquidity risk to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making, using AI-enabled analysis where appropriate.</li> <li data-section-id="19yvcni" data-start="1759" data-end="1953">Collaborate with technology teams to embed digital, automation, and AI-enabled solutions into finance processes, architecture, and operating models to improve efficiency and business outcomes.</li> </ul> <p data-start="1955" data-end="1981"><strong data-start="1955" data-end="1981">What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul data-start="1983" data-end="2694"> <li data-section-id="1560vvf" data-start="1983" data-end="2092">Experience delivering finance transformation programmes within financial services or management consulting.</li> <li data-section-id="yu5i43" data-start="2093" data-end="2210">Strong understanding of finance operating models, accounting processes, regulatory change, and financial reporting.</li> <li data-section-id="1p5bqfv" data-start="2211" data-end="2341">Experience with finance technology implementations, including ERP platforms, subledgers, automation, and optimisation solutions.</li> <li data-section-id="1na2nhp" data-start="2342" data-end="2532">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using approved AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making while maintaining sound professional judgement.</li> <li data-section-id="1tj29qq" data-start="2533" data-end="2694">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skil
