Join us on our mission to improve the lives of ONE BILLION humans within the decade and shape a cleaner, better future for everyone. 🏡 Where you'll fit in Why this role matters Kraken's Delivery organisation lands migrations that move energy companies off legacy platforms and transform how they operate, this support continues after the migration is finished and forms the client-facing interactions into the Client Success phase. We hold a 100% migration track record, and we're scaling into multiple new markets at once. With near 500 people working in delivery, we focus incessantly on building repeatable, scalable structures that allow us to win. This role exists to build and lead the operating model that lets Delivery move at pace: how the function is organised, how it plans and resources its people, how it reports on itself, and how it stays human while it scales. This is a senior leadership role. You will operate as a peer to our delivery directors, setting direction on how the whole Delivery function works as a system rather than administering a single sliver of it. You will lead by mobilising people across the org, not through building a team. 🚀 What you'll own Talent, onboarding & capability As a leader in Delivery, you will shape and further our culture of high performance and joy. Own the strategy for how Delivery recruits, onboards, trains, and develops its people. Act as leader for our global onboarding programme and partner with Learning on capability building. Make sure the talent pipeline aligns to evolving roles and responsibilities with org. Systems, tooling & resourcing Own the tooling roadmap across the Delivery stack (project management, resourcing, HR, and engagement platforms) and drive real adoption. Run resource management across the portfolio, matching capacity to the pipeline and flagging over- and under-allocation early. Make the systems serve delivery, rather than the other way around. Own commercial relationship with solution providers and vendors This requires close partnership with finance and people functions to shape the tooling and significant mobilisation skills to drive adoption within delivery. Data, reporting & forecasting Own the operational source of truth: delivery metrics, migration status reporting, and the dashboards senior leadership relies on. Own the forecasting engine for migration velocity and capacity, keeping the model honest and decision-ready. Turn operational data into the insight that drives strategic decisions. Operating model & strategic programmes You own the cross-cutting programmes that make Delivery predictable and scalable, taking them from a loosely-defined problem to an optimal outcome. Lead strategic programmes such as building systems and operating structures, lead the transformation of our tooling and reporting. Find the structural gaps in how Delivery operates and build the structures to close them. Turn ambiguity into accountability across people, processes and products. . 🧠 What you bring to the party Senior operational leadership: Significant experience leading operations in a fast-scaling technology, professional services or transformation environment. Systems & data fluency: Comfortable working with systems, data and capacity models to inform decisions and improve how teams operate.
