Role: PMO Operating Model Consultant - Contract role Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Manager Day rate: £300-£500 inside IR35 Project duration: 2 months, immediate start Location: Hybrid in London We're supporting a consultancy delivering work for a leading consumer & retail business. They're looking for someone to design and build out a PMO Operating Model as part of a wider transformation programme. Tasks Assess the current PMO structure and ways of working, identifying gaps against best-practice governance Design and document the target PMO operating model — roles, processes, reporting lines, and decision rights Support rollout and embedding of the new model, including stakeholder workshops and handover to BAU Requirements An independent consultant Proven hands-on experience designing and building operating models Demonstrated PMO leadership experience, ideally within a Consumer & Retail environment Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills at Senior Manager level Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
