Our approach focuses on making PHC more prioritized, proactive and accountable for outcomes, and strengthening how care is organized, delivered, financed and measured. Drawing on expertise across RTSL's portfolio, we bring together solutions in health system resilience and epidemic readiness, digital health and data-driven decision-making, performance measurement and improvement, and sustainable health financing. We apply these capabilities to address priority health challenges, including cardiovascular health, maternal survival and sexual and reproductive health, while strengthening health systems to deliver more equitable, effective and resilient care. &nbsp;</span></p> <h3><strong><span class="EOP SCXW70040856 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{}">Position Purpose</span></strong></h3> <p>The Director, Maternal &amp; Reproductive Health will provide strategic and technical leadership for RTSL's portfolio to reduce preventable maternal deaths and improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes. The role will lead the development and implementation of a multi-country program that strengthens government capabilities to identify and address barriers to quality care, translate data into action, and deliver measurable improvements in health outcomes.</p> <p>The Director will have overall accountability for the strategy, resources, quality, performance, and results of the maternal survival and reproductive health portfolio, leading a multidisciplinary team and working closely with governments, technical partners, and colleagues across RTSL to design, implement and scale evidence-informed approaches.
