Millions of people discover our products there every day. This program exists to turn that attention into revenue.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Performance Data Associate to join our Pure Players Performance Data team and help build APEX, the intelligence layer behind how we win on Marketplaces around the world.</p> <p>Our Pure Players business generates more performance data than any team can read manually. You’ll help connect that data to APEX and support the agents we’re building on top of it, working alongside Performance Data leads, engineers and regional commercial teams.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and comfortable with data, and wants to build hands-on experience in AI-native analytics within a fast-paced, global business.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p> <p>You’ll own a defined market and a measurable business outcome from your first month, while gaining exposure to how a global e-commerce business actually operates.</p> <p>You’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Integrate the 3^rd Party API connections into APEX to supercharge our agentic context.</li> <li>Support the completion of three consecutive two-week sprints on the Agentic Jailbreak Big Build.</li> <li>Expand APEX’s knowledge by structuring, validating and documenting marketplace performance data.</li> <li>Test agent outputs against real performance data and document where they break.</li> <li>Translate commercial questions from Sales and Digital Marketing into data the agent can actually answer.</li> <li>Build and maintain reporting across availability, pricing, content quality and advertising efficiency.</li> <li>Carry out competitor and category analysis to identify opportunities on marketplaces around the world.</li> <li>Participate in the program operating rhythm, including daily s
