Learn more at <a href="https://verve.com/">verve.com</a>.<strong><br></strong></p></div><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to own key commercial and technical areas of Verve's core programmatic Marketplace.&nbsp;In this role, you will lead cross-functional product execution alongside Engineering, Yield, Commercial, and Operations teams, driving measurable improvements in marketplace performance, publisher yield, and DSP spend.</p> <p>Depending on your background and expertise, you will take ownership of one of our core exchange areas, including mobile and in-app advertising, SDK integrations, CTV, video, or web.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false" data-pm-slice="3 3 []"> <li> <p>Own feature discovery, product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and clearly defined acceptance criteria.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prioritize product backlogs based on revenue impact, margin protection, and operational efficiency.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, Commercial, and Yield teams to align product priorities with business goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive improvements across core exchange capabilities, publisher monetization, and platform integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor exchange KPIs to identify revenue challenges, feature issues, and new growth opportunities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead product releases across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and communication.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Will Bring</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>2+ years (Product Manager) or 4+ years (Senior Product Manager) of hands-on product management experience in programmatic advertising, including SSPs, Ad Exchanges, DSPs, or Ad Servers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of OpenRTB protocols, RTB auction mechanics, supply chain transparency, and digital advertising formats.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with programmatic exchanges and a solid understanding of the supply side of the advertising ecosystem.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work closely with Engineering teams on technical products, platform capabilities, and integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with structured prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE) and Agile development methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate marketplace performance metrics into product improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with mobile app monetization, advertising SDKs, CTV, video or web advertising technologies, or publisher integrations is a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>Just a few of the benefits waiting for you at Verve:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Recharge with 3 <strong>Wellness Days </strong>throughout the year, in addition to your annual vacation and public holidays</li> <li>Support your mental well-being with our <strong>Workplace Mental Health Solution</strong></li> <li>Boost your professional knowledge with our annual <strong>training budget &amp; internal webinars</strong>, and level up your language skills through our <strong>German/English classes</strong></li> <li>Strengthen team connec
