WPP ET is an integral part of that journey, and we are proud to provide technology for some of the world’s most creative brands.</p> <p>Own WPP’s office-technology product set (meeting rooms, room booking, print, signage and building-access technology), retaining WPP control of standards and roadmap while Kyndryl delivers operations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Own the roadmap, standards and backlog for meeting rooms, room booking, print and signage.</li> <li>Drive a consistent, reliable and modern in-office technology experience.</li> <li>Govern Kyndryl and AV/vendor operations and approve change.</li> <li>Manage hardware standards, lifecycle and refresh.</li> <li>Partner with facilities and agencies on room and workplace technology.</li> <li>Prioritise demand and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Define the service outcomes, standards and SLAs that Kyndryl and other partners deliver against.</li> <li>Govern Kyndryl performance, manage demand and escalations, and retain WPP accountability for the service.</li> <li>Own the service roadmap and approve partner-delivered change before it reaches production.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Product / service ownership for meeting-room and office technology.</li> <li>Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV, signage, print and room-booking platforms.</li> <li>Hardware lifecycle and standards management.</li> <li>Vendor governance and SLA management.</li> <li>Backlog and stakeholder management.</li> <li>Demonstrable product or service ownership experience for the relevant technology.</li> <li>Experience governing third-party / managed-service delivery against SLAs.</li> <li>Relevant certifications and/or degree, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Owns the product/service vision, roadmap and prioritised backlog.</li> <li>Balances user experience, security, cost and operational stability in every decision.</li> <li>Holds delivery partners to account against agreed outcomes and SLA
