The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects at top-tier consulting firms. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of our most strategic client engagements whilst shaping and expanding our solution and delivery capabilities.</p> </div> <h2 id="job-responsibilities">Job responsibilities</h2> <div class="job-responsibilities content"> <ul> <li><strong>Delivery Leadership:</strong> Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex transformation programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.</li> <li><strong>Client Relationship Management: </strong>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related matters and proactively manage risks and issues.</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership and Program Management:</strong> Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, project timelines, and budget management across multiple engagements.</li> <li><strong>Growth and Business Development:</strong> Identify and pursue opportunities for program expansion and new business within existing accounts.
