About the role

<p>We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer (m/f/d) to further enhance our brand identity and visual communication. We're seeking a versatile and strategic thinker who can develop impactful visual assets while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll be the go-to person for building our branding, marketing materials, technical infographics.</p> <h3><strong>Your responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p><strong>Branding &amp; Corporate Identity</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain compelling Brand Guide that reflects companies’ values, vision, and technological innovation.</li> <li>Ensure visual consistency across logos, color schemes, typography, and brand elements – for digital platforms, marketing materials, and product interfaces.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Marketing &amp; Communication Design</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, merchandising, and digital assets.</li> <li>Produce high-impact presentation materials, such as corporate presentations and visuals for webpages, to support business development, sales, and internal communications.</li> <li>Render prototypes and products with realistic 3D visuals.</li> <li>Create engaging infographics, schematics, and technical outlines of hardware products to communicate complex ideas clearly and support with creating product manuals.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Office/Showroom/Booth Design</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the design and visualization of office environments that reflect the Agile Robots’ companies brand, ensuring functional and aesthetic layouts for team and visitor experience.</li> <li>Design showroom and demo visuals that showcase brands in a compelling way.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of exhibition booth designs that are functional, engaging, and on-brand.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Your Profile:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>5+ years of professional experience in branding, graphic design, and visual storytelling – ideally within the technology, robotics, or industrial sectors.</li> <li>Proven experience as a Senior Graphic/Visual Designer, with portfolio showcasing branding, marketing materials, slide decks, and product visualizations.</li> <li>Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or equivalents.</li> <li>Experience in 3D rendering and technical drawings, with proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks and Rhino for creating high-quality product visualizations.</li> <li>Strong conceptual thinker – able to create scalable, meaningful designs.</li> <li>Hands-on and versatile – comfortable working on both high-level branding and practical, day-to-day design tasks.</li> <li>Great communication and collaboration skills – you will work with UI, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.</li> <li>Adaptable and proactive – thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 class="TranslationField-module__fieldItemName___Q0F_7 TranslationField-module__aboutUsWrapper___WXJpq"><strong>What we offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <div>A dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.</div> </li> <li> <div>Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Lots of development opportunities as we continue to grow.</div> </li> <li> <div>Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.</div> </li> <li> <div>Corporate Benefits Program covering health, mobility, and learning for 100€ net per month.</div> </li> <li> <div>Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks &amp; fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment</div> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>About us</strong></h3> <div class="TranslationField
