You will be responsible for conducting technical activities ranging from discovery and requirements gathering to delivering compelling demonstrations and presentations that create enriching customer engagement experiences. You will also assess and analyze partner and end-user business challenges, propose viable solutions, support partner upskilling, and maintain accurate documentation of all customer and partner engagements.
